RETURN POLICY

In case of disagreement with the order received, Zapatos Castellano® offers a free return service* only for the first change or return. Only products in perfect condition , with their original packaging and any accessories that may be present will be accepted. The term in case of return will be made in 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

The products must be returned intact with all their parts and in their original packaging (bags and boxes), used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and reasonably verify their condition, characteristics and size, according to the usual diligence, without signs of wear or dirt, in accordance with the following conditions:

- the products must not have been used, damaged, worn, washed, modified and/or manipulated and the soles of the shoes must be perfectly intact (for this purpose, we strongly recommend that Customers try on the shoes purchased in a particularly soft and smooth). and clean surface);

-any labels and security tags must still be attached to the products;

-The shoe care products and personalized products purchased on this Website cannot be returned, so the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on them.

In any case, Castellano® reserves the right to reject the return if:

- the returned product and/or its accessories and/or its packaging are not intact;

- the product is missing the outer packaging and/or the original inner packaging;

- the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (for example, closures, laces, buckles, etc.);

- the product is damaged, deteriorated, dirty and/or used;

- the product has been returned after the period indicated above;

-the product was returned without following the return procedure.

In such cases, Castellano® will return the product received to the sender, charging the sender for the shipping costs and, in the event of having been reimbursed, the price of the product.

*Only for Peninsular Spain and Portugal.

Steps to follow:

  1. Send an email to info@zapatoscastellano.com with the subject EXCHANGE / RETURN and order number (which you received in the mail when making the purchase)

  2. Package. Pack the shoes in the original packaging. Within 1 to 4 business days we will send a courier to collect your shoes.

  3. Deliver package. From your address, deliver your package to the carrier that will pass through the indicated address. In the next few days you will receive the amount of your refund in the same way you made your purchase and an email informing you of the refund.

We remind you that we can refund only products returned correctly. If your return does not meet the conditions described, zapatoscastellano.com will not be able to make the refund and you can request the return of your package, assuming, in this case, the new shipping costs from the warehouses.

The first size change (for Peninsular Spain and Portugal) has no cost for the customer . From the second size change the cost will be €12.00 that the customer will have to pay, and will include the collection at their home (delivery to our warehouse) and the next shipment.

 

For the rest of the destinations both in Spain (outside the Peninsula) and in countries inside and outside the EU, the costs of changes and returns will be borne by the client, who will be in charge of sending the package to our warehouse on their own and in In the case of changes, Castellano® will assume the costs of the next shipment.

IMPORTANT

Zapatos Castellano año 1920 MADRID is not responsible for custom expenses, which, if applicable, will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
